Florida · Dry van and flatbed, regional and long haul

A transit time
the clock allows.

Hours of service are not a guideline a dispatcher can lean on. If a lane cannot be run legally in the time a shipper wants, the honest answer is no — and that answer is cheaper than the alternative.

How we work

A motor carrier, not a broker

OHO Trucking LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L23000040956, filed in 2023. We operate under USDOT number [USDOT NUMBER] and motor carrier authority [MC NUMBER], hauling freight on our own equipment.

That distinction matters: we are not a freight broker, we hold no broker authority or bond, and we do not take a load and re-sell it to another carrier. Drivers hold valid CDLs and current medical certification, runs are logged electronically within the hours of service rules, and we will not accept a load whose transit time could only be met by exceeding them. Cargo insurance is carried to [CARGO INSURANCE LIMIT] per load and confirmed before dispatch. We do not haul hazmat, household goods or reefer freight unless agreed in writing beforehand.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Can you make it there by tomorrow morning?

We will work it out against lawful driving hours and tell you honestly. A yes that depends on a driver running over hours is not a yes, and it is not worth the load.

Are you a broker?

No. We are a motor carrier with our own authority and our own equipment. We do not take loads and re-sell them, and we hold no broker authority or bond.

How much is my freight covered for?

Cargo insurance is carried to a stated limit per load and confirmed before dispatch. If your freight is worth more, tell us in advance so cover can be arranged rather than discovered missing after a claim.

Do you haul hazmat?

Not unless agreed in writing beforehand. Hazardous materials require endorsements and placarding, and we will not take that on casually.

What about detention?

Stated in the rate confirmation up front. Drivers sitting at a dock are burning hours they need for the run, so the terms are agreed before dispatch rather than argued afterwards.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes on expedited and dedicated work, and updates on request otherwise. Runs are electronically logged as the regulations require.

Got freight to move?

Send the commodity, weight and lanes for a written rate with a realistic transit time.
